I chose the whipped matcha ganache recipe for this edition because its gentle flavour, festive colour, and light, creamy texture make it perfect for Christmas bakes — especially tree-shaped cakes and other cozy seasonal creations.
Every piece is designed, printed, and hand-packed with care.
